Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex, enabling russian winkeys layout

It might seem trivial for you, to change the keyboard layout for Russian one, but since Ubuntu 8.10 editing xorg.conf does not affect your settings.

Since Ubuntu is quite bloated now, i have removed gdm, switched to fluxbox, and installed framebuffer. As the side effect, in X i couldn't change the language and usual xorg.conf config didn't work.

Solution was to edit file "/etc/default/console-setup", which currently looks like this (only important lines):
